Refund of Platform Fee
  • Order Lost or Undelivered: If an order is lost or undelivered to the preferred location, the entire order amount, including any platform fees, will be refunded if the payment was made online.
  • Partial Order Cancellation/Return: If a customer cancels an order partially or returns part of an order, the platform charges will be refunded in proportion to the item(s) canceled or returned.
  • Full Order Cancellation: If the entire order is canceled, the platform charges will also be refunded in full.
